Exchanges or Refunds

Faulty Products

If our product is faulty or is not as described per the sample shown, we will meet out legal requirement to exchange or refund. In this instance we will exchange or refundthe product. We will also cover the cost of the shipping. Refunds and exchanges will only occur once the product has been returned with original packages and tags attached. Once it has been received, a full refund(including shipping costs)or exchange will be provided.A full refund will be processedwithin 1-3 business days.

Change of Mind Returns

If your wish to return or exchange your product because you have changed your mind, we will do so provided that:
  • You return the item within 28 days of the original purchase date;
  • You produce adequate proof of purchase of the product;
  • The product is in a condition that can be resold;
  • The item is in its original packaging including tags.
Shipping costs will not be covered for ‘change of mind’ returns. This will need to be paid by you. In the event of an exchange due to a ‘change of mind’ you will need to pay the return shipping costs and the costs for the new exchanged product to be sent out. We also cannot take responsibility for the return mail processing, you will need to ensure that this process if secure. If you require a refund, this will be processed within 1-3 business days.
